Your privacy matters to me, especially because massage therapy involves health information.
This notice explains what information is collected, why, and how it’s protected. I follow British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act and the record-keeping standards that apply to Registered Massage Therapists.
This website
This website doesn’t ask for or store any personal information. It has no forms and sets no cookies.
I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see simple, anonymous totals, such as how many people visit and which pages they read. It doesn’t use cookies or track you across other websites. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which keeps short-term technical logs to protect the site from abuse.
Booking and your health information
Online booking, intake forms and appointment records are handled through Noterro, a practice-management system for health practitioners. When you book, you provide your name, contact details and date of birth, and the intake form asks about your health history so I can treat you safely. Noterro’s own privacy policy also applies.
I use your information only to provide your care, send appointment reminders, issue receipts and meet my professional obligations. I don’t sell or share it for marketing. I keep treatment records for as long as my professional obligations require, and they’re stored securely.
If you email me, your message is stored in my email account and used only to reply and arrange your care. Please don’t send detailed health information by email; the intake form is the better place for it.

You can ask to see or correct the personal information I hold about you, or ask a question about this notice, by emailing book@massageonmissionridge.com.
