Therapeutic & deep tissue massage in Kelowna
For the aches that build up over months: a stiff neck, sore shoulders, a low back that complains after a long day.
What a session looks like
Every session starts with a short conversation about what’s going on, then I work with what your body needs that day. Pressure is always adjusted to your comfort.
Therapeutic massage is hands-on treatment for areas of pain, tightness or restricted movement. Deep tissue work is slower and firmer, into the deeper layers of muscle, and is commonly used for long-standing tension and stiffness. Most people find a combination of the two works best, and we can adjust as we go.
Commonly booked for
- Neck, shoulder and upper back tension from desk work and screens
- Low back tightness and general stiffness
- Headaches related to neck and jaw tension
- Recovery after a strain, once you’ve been cleared to have massage
- Keeping on top of a long-standing problem area
Massage therapy may help with the discomfort and tension that come with these patterns. If something needs a diagnosis, I’ll say so and suggest you see your doctor or another practitioner.
How long and how much
| 30 minutes | $75 |
|---|---|
| 60 minutes | $120 |
| 90 minutes | $175 |
Most people book 60 minutes. Choose 90 if you’d like more than one area worked on without rushing, or 30 for a single focused area. There’s a 15-minute gap after every appointment, so your session is never cut short. Receipts are provided for extended health benefits.
